The products are having a brand name of “ Desh ”.This company is a small scale Industry having permanent registration with NSIC and also with several Govt. and Semi Govt. sectors like Railways, Port Trust, Steel Plants, Defence, Shipping, Fishing etc.

This is an ISO certified Company having ISO 9001 : 2008 accreditation. The company manufactures ISI Mark Steel Wire Ropes as per IS 2266 for General Engineering Purpose and also Steel Wire Ropes for several other applications like Shipping, Mining , Drilling , Piling , Oil well exploration , Deep Sea exploration, all conforming to several Indian and International standards like IS 2581, 2365 , 4521, 2265, 3459 , BS 302, GOST, Federal, DIN etc. The company also produces and supply DW Signaling wire ropes to Railways as per relevant IRS specifications. Besides the company produces Steel Wire Ropes for Air craft application like Control Cables, PVC Coated Wire Ropes, Wire Strands, Stainless Steel Wire Ropes, Wire Ropes with various end fittings such as wire rope slings, Safety Wire Ropes for brake beams etc. It will not be out of place to mention here that the company produces special types of safety wire ropes exclusively meant and used by Rail Coach factory , Kapurthala. The company is also holding approval from INDIAN REGISTER OF SHIPPING .

The company is having its own well planned manufacturing unit in a well known Industrial area in Sinnar, Nashik having all modern manufacturing machines, with up to date testing facilities to carry out all the tests right from the raw material to finished products as per the norms laid down in the relevant IS standards. The company maintains all data about manufacturing Testing details as required in the IS standards and periodical Inspections are conducted to certify the quality of the products by the BIS from time to time. Strict quality control is maintained right from the vendor analysis, raw material testing, Stage inspection and inspection of the final products. The company is having in its roll very highly qualified Techno commercial persons in the relevant fields.

The products of the company are regularly tested and approved by Govt. Inspection agencies like RITES etc. we are very glad to mention here that the Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India, DGQA (Engineering Equipments) and also CVRDE , R & D Establishment have approved our Technical capacity and ability to produce steel wire ropes and wire products.

The major customers of the company are Central Railway, Western Railway, Northern Railway, North Eastern Railway, Eastern Railway, South Eastern Railway, South Central Railway, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, B.H.E.L.,BEML,Vizag Steel Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant,Bhilai Steel Plant,Western Coalfields Ltd.,MOIL, MECL, National Institute of Ocean Technology, Fishery Survey of India, Mumbai Port Trust, NTPC and Govt. and Govt. Depts. Apart from that the company is maintaining a long list of clientele in the private sector also. The company produces the steel wire ropes right from 3mm dia to 48mm dia in all construction and varieties as per different standards and for several applications. The company provides its own manufacturing test certificates along with the material to conform to the relevant standards. The company is having its own competent person approved and appointed by Directorate General Factory Advice Service and Labor Institute under IDLR act and the company provides the Test Certificates under this act wherever required. The Company can also provide third party Inspection or the Inspection by the customer wherever required on mutually agreeable terms.
